ISO Awareness training is a short, accessible course that helps staff understand what an ISO standard requires and how their own role contributes to meeting it. It demystifies the standard — its purpose, key requirements and what “good” looks like in everyday work — so that a management system is understood and used across the organisation, not just by a small team. It is delivered by ABS Academy, which has provided training services since 2004 with highly competent trainers.

Awareness courses are the shortest of the management-system courses — typically two days — compared with the more involved Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor programmes.
